At Katie Stage Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item(s), we offer a 14-day return policy subject to the following terms:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Personalized, custom, or perishable items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@katiestagehair.com with your order number, reason for return, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item(s) back.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Exchanges

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@katiestagehair.com with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
