14-Day Returns Policy

At Katie Stage Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item(s), we offer a 14-day return policy subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  2. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  3. Personalized, custom, or perishable items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@katiestagehair.com with your order number, reason for return, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item(s) back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@katiestagehair.com to arrange an exchange within the 14-day return window.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@katiestagehair.com with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
